If you still have scabs from a tonsillectomy after 15 days, is there still a risk of bleeding?

Yes, but: I have seen a rare patient bleed over 2 weeks following a tonsillectomy. That, again, is rare. If you still are not healed and have scans it's a good idea not to be too aggressive with hard foods.
