12 days after my tonsillectomy and i can't stop coughing. i think i have bronchitis. will this cause bleeding or complications?

DeepThroatInTrouble: It's possible that any explosive action could loosen some blood vessels in the area where the tonsils used to be. At twelve days it's much less likely than at, say, 3 or 4 days, but still possible. Take a good look and make sure it hasn't been oozing. That may be the cause of the cough. In your situation, though, you need a good cough medicine to ease your miserable rehab. Maybe an antibiotic.
