14 days past tonsillectomy. still seem to have very thick scabs covering about half of each wound. normal/common? when is the latest they should fall off? should i expect more increase in pain when they do? what is the chance of bleeding?

Otolaryngologist: I don't see anything unusual here, but I think you should ask your Otolaryngologist this question as he/she may want to check your throat. I wouldn't expect an increase in pain now but slight bleeding can occur. The Otolaryngologist can answer your questions best.
