Get this checked...: I remember a patient of mine who complained that her bra felt too tight - and like you, she still had symptoms when she took it off. It turned out that she had heart disease! (she's fine now - happy ending!) because women's heart symptoms are often subtle, they are sometimes ignored. I believe you should be evaluated, and in my opinion, by a cardiologist. Talk to your doctor about this asap.
