Turbs vs sinus: No. Turbinate reduction improves nasal obstruction by reducing the size of hypertrophied turbinates. Enlarging the sinus openings allows for improvement in the egress of mucous from the sinus cavities.

My paranasal sinuses test show:nasal septum is deviated, nasal turbinates are prominent and both maxillary sinuses shows mucosal thickening sinusitis?
