Probably ok: Infants go through changes in digestive patterns during early life. Changing feeding practices like switches from breastfeeding to formula or to solids change digestion. Beneficial bacteria needed for normal digestion start to grow in the intestines and may affect stool frequency/consistency. Staying on her growth curve is best indication that her patterns are healthy. Worried? See her doctor.

Teething: The bm at each feeding along with the teething are just chance events occurring at the same time. Children sometimes have a fever or gastrointestinal upset when they teeth, but this is just coincidence and not brought on by teething definitely.

Loose stools: Teething can cause loose stools, but what else is your child eating? There may be something in her diet that may be giving her frequent but by all indications, normal bms.
