My husband gets migraines a lot but right now he is in so much pain that he is in tears. what should i do i have tried cold compressions.

Meds or ER?: I assume he does not have any medicines to help abort his migraine? If not, is the er an option? Migraines can be horrifically painful and no one should have to endure them. The er can provide fluids and medication via IV that can help get things under control. After this episode, he needs to have a medication plan in place to be able to treat this effectively at home. I hope he feels better.
