Depends: If the polyp is stable and not bleeding I would monitor it and remove it after pregnancy. Removing the polyp carries some risk of bleeding and uterine irritability which can lead to a miscarriage. However, if you are having ongoing bleeding then the benefits of removing it may justifies the risk.
