How do you feel?: More important than the blood levels of thyroid hormone are your symptoms. Do you have palpitations, fast heart rate, diarrhea, tremors, or other symptoms of hyperthyroidism? If so, it is likely that your medication will need to be adjusted. It takes about 6 weeks for any medication adjustment to be reflected in your bloodwork, so your endocrinologist seems to have timed it about right.
