Is it common to find slight fasciculations in a emg when u have fibromyalgia?

Occasionally : Fibromyalgia is a multifactorial consequence of hormonal, immune system and nervous system dysfunction resulting from genetic predispositions and dietary and environmental insults. These factors impact your immune system and can lead to pain and inflammation. This is a metabolic disease amenable to metabolically directed treatments.

Would not be rare: Fasciculations are usually benign and not unique to find on a routine emg, and do not really have any diagnostic significance. But surprised you would have one done for fibromyalgia, where emg's are uniformly normal and are unlikely to assist with treatment or management.
