Should come and go: Nausea with ovaries comes from them being squashed or twisted. Twisting can harm the ovary. This can be seen on doppler ultrasound where the blood flow can be seen to be lessened.

Not likely : Cysts are very common. Most cause no symptoms. Some can cause pain. Nausea is not likely, see doc to look for other causes.
