Neuroblastoma relaps: Relapsed neuroblastoma generally happens within the first year or two of completion of therapy. Survival beyond 5 years is generally considered cure althought there have been late relapses beyond 5 years albeit uncommon.

Define long...: As with any cancer, relapse at any time is possible for neuroblastoma. Typically, being free from disease for 5 years is considered a major milestone. The vast majority of patients will remain cancer free after this point, but there are rare cases of relapse after this time point.
