Lose weight: Most people who gain enough weight will find some of it settles in the neck and chin area. Weight loss will reduce this. If you are not overweight, you could have decreased skin turgor causing early wrinkles and slight chin sag. Exercise will not make that go away. You could consult plastic surgeon if you needed to reduce sagging facial and chin skin.
