what the best way to get rid of a boil on the back of the head?

1 doctor answer
Dr. Creighton Wright
56 years experience General Surgery
Local heat: Use warm compresses and it will surface more, and may drain itself or need lancing with sterile prep and instruments. Can be from sebaceous cyst and recur if not removed. Best to see your doc.
