Is weird to have almost no sensation in my natural breasts?

No: I often see patients who are very large and are coming to see me for a breast reduction. They often say, "i can't feel my nipples anyway", when i let them know about loss of sensation as a possible complication of the operation. I often find that their sensation improves after surgery.
