Probably normal: If you had unprotected sex and are attempting to get pregnant, nipple sensations (tenderness, burning, or even itchiness) can be early symptoms of pregnancy. In any case, since you have missed your period, please get a pregnancy test!

21 dpo?: If you are certain you are 21 days post ovulatory, then a pregnancy test would've been accurate about a wek ago. Go ahead and test.
