Ummm...Well....: You just described it....it feels like TINGLING SENSATION...like pins and needles, fizzing, prickling, sticking, pinching....need more descriptors? And it's all in the breast or chest. I hope I added something to your information because frankly I thought you best and most succinctly described it as a "tingling sensation in the breast."
