No: Peroxide is oxygen supercharged, called superoxide radicals, that migrate into the enamel and break-up double bonded carbons, which are the stains in your teeth. The peroxide in no way damages the crystalline structure of your enamel.

Ive been using 3% hydrogen peroxide with half parts water, once a day, for weeks, as mouth wash after brushing my teeth. I now have sensitivity at the tips of a few teeth when chewing food. If I caused enamel damage, can my teeth heal over time?
I've noticed a lot of OTC mouthwashes/fluoride rinses contain citric and/or phosphoric acid. Wouldn't those harm tooth enamel or is the amt too small?
