Good oral hygiene: results in a mouth that looks and smells healthy. Good oral hygiene is important for your teeth gums and your general health. Daily brushing and flossing, will help to prevent problems before they develop and is much less painful and expensive than treating conditions that have been allowed to progress (e.g. gum infection). Acidic foods and drinks and honey can cause tooth enamel to wear away.

Yes, may and no: yes you can floss right after you eat you can rinse with hydrogen peroxide, but if you over do it you might change the bacterial flora in your mouth. there are good bacteria no honey is not safe for your teeth It is a concentrated sugar and is sticky and causes cavities.

Yes, perhaps, no: Safe to floss after eating, but put off brushing for an hour to allow acids to clear. Peroxide mouthwash will reduce acids, but may change oral flora with subsequent gum damage. Milk is acidic, honey is a sugar, combination not healthy for teeth. Review your Oral Hygiene regimen with your Dentist or Hygienist.
