Not issue now: Concussion is an immediate diagnosis that has a specific onset, set of symptoms, and resolution. It must be diagnosed by direct observation and/or description of the event and careful examination immediately following the event. If there was alteration of consciousness and neurological signs immediately following the injury, then concussion probably occurred. It is now not an issue.
