TMJ: Not sure about the lumps -you did not say where they are. The clicking sounds may be a symptom of tmj. See your doctor or dentist re this. Tmj is the joint connecting the lower jaw to the skull. The joint may be irritated or inflamed. This can come from grinding your teeth as an example.
