Tori's palitanus: You are likely referred to the palatial tori as the bump on the roof of your mouth. Tori are extra bone in your mouth. Has this bump bee there your whole life? Or for as long as you can remember? The clicking is probably related to sinusitis. Sometimes with sinusitis, you get popping or clicking in the sinuses abut where the tori is. When in doubt, see your dentist or ENT.
