Can 't tell: You might have gum disease. You need to be physically examined with radiographs to have your questions answered. See a dentist or a periodontist for advice.

See dentist: Loose teeth at your age can be caused by trauma, traumatic occlusion, and possibly periodontal disease. Get a proper diagnosis by your dentist.

Periodontitis: Probably gum disease: bone loss. Or traumatic bite. Diagnose the cause first.

Check your bite: It may be the way your teeth come together or you grind your teeth in your sleep and have no idea you are doing it. It's easy for your dentist to check for things like that.
