It may or may not: tighten back up. It is dependent on amount of bone loss (gum/periodontal disease or infection) and whether or not the tooth root surfaces were cleaned below the gum line.

Slightly loose: We can't determine that without actually examining you & seeing x-rays of those teeth. I have had patients tell me that their "teeth feel loose" when in fact it is within the range of normal with no periodontal problems (more due to soreness than actual mobility). Very slight movement may be normal, especially if those teeth tighten up in a few days. Need to see dentist for evaluation to determine
