See Your Physician: Most back pain is self limiting but if your pain is that severe, you need to evaluated by your primary care physician. There are many causes of back pain and without a history and physical examination, it is impossible to determine the cause of your problem.

Back: As advised , start with your family doc who may refer you to an orthopedist or neurologist. The most important thing to do is get an evaluation
