I recently took a fall after passing out, that was saturday morning. yesterday and today unnoticed my right collarbone hurts when i laugh, breath deeply, cough, etc. it doesnt hurt when i move my arm around at all though. possibly just bruised?

How did you fall? I mean just hit collar bone or with an hand out in front. Agree most likely brusied but do you see a bruise. Why did you pass out is the key question so it does not happen again. Too hot in AZ?

Agree with Dr Grim: what caused fall? Was it dehydration, tripping, fainting or a seizure? See your doctor and get the collarbone issue resolved, and explore cause for this injury.
