Probably not: "lockjaw" is from tetanus which you get if you are cut or scraped with a contaminated object.You should get a tetanus shot, or booster, periodicaly to prevent this. A locked-jaw comes from tmj/tmd problems and you need to see a dentist that treats this.

Not likely: I assume that you do not mean true "lockjaw" based in very rare tetanus bacterial problem. A very mild jaw pain insignificant unless prolonged or worsening. If concerned, see dentist for evaluation.
