Depends on goal: If your goal is to look like the six pack models in exercise magazines, it is unlikely in 2 months. If your goal is to be and feel more fit, you will have made a good start with regular exercise and proper diet. If your goal is to lose a great deal of weight, again this can be a good start but will take time.
