Smart Wean: I often recommend that smokers wean from their cigarettes. My focus is not on the number of the cigarettes but on the times that you smoke. Think of the 3 times that you will miss smoking the most when you quit. Work up to waiting at least 30 mins after the trigger before you smoke so that when you quit cravings will be minimal at the trigger moments.
