Yes: You know how if you go and do something your body isn't used to doing it makes you sore? Like helping someone move, or doing a bunch of yard work in the spring? You're sore because those muscles aren't adapted to work that long or hard. Same goes for the muscles you used in vomiting. It should be fine in a few days. However, you should not drink that much! binge drinking is not healthy.
