Monthly: The contacts should be changed monthly. Those lenses should not be slept in-ever. The solution in the cases should be thrown out daily after putting the lenses in, the cases should then be rinsed with water and left open to dry. Changing the case monthly as well cuts down on the risk of infection.

Two weeks: Ciba vision recommends contacts replacement at intervals of every 2 weeks. Solution should be changed every time you take them out.
