What is the difference between a b-pap and a c-pap breathing machine?

See below.: The CPAP provides continuous pressure throughout the breathing cycle. The bipap provides a higher pressure in inspiration and a lower pressure in exhalation. Best settings and modes are determined by overnight sleep study.
Created for people with ongoing healthcare needs but benefits everyone.

I think a bipap machine is self adjusting in some cases allowing it to be placed outpatient, I do home sleep studies and the patient gets diagnosed and fit with the machine at home. It's not a bad option in that it costs less and compliance with testing is higher.
