Two methods: Natural family planning method 1. Measure and chart your temperature each morning before getting out of bed. A big jump means ovulation. 2. Track your vaginal discharge. Change to stringy, sticky discharge means ovulation. 3. Some women experience ovarian pain when ovulating or check urine using an ovulation kit to confirm. Try between days 10-15 after the first day of your last period.
