See your doctor: The symptoms could be due to a variety of things - a viral gastroenteritis, colitis (inflammation of the colon) or possibly diverticulitis (an inflammation of sacs which have herniated from the large intestine). While viral gastroenteritis is self limiting in a few days, the latter two may worsen with increased and localized symptoms. If this occurs, you should see your doctor.
