Old fashioned: There is really no supplement, magic pill or system for weight loss. Although weigh watchers seems to work well, according to evidence-based trials, the cheapest and best way to lose weight is the old fashioned way: eat less calories than you expend. That is, plenty of fruits, vegetables, and high quality proteins like fish, nuts and beans, and find physical activities that you like.
