Caveat emptor: Please recognize that there are very limited objective and validated data suggesting that supplements are truly beneficial. Nonetheless, patients may still "feel" better on supplements, for a variety of reasons. You also should be aware that supplements, depending on their sources, may have other agents that may be biologically active, some of which may worsen high blood pressure. Be careful!
