Not really: Plaque build up is one of the causes for poor blood flow to the brain and heart, causing strokes and heart attacks. Seeing your doc and getting a cholesterol test would help the doctor decide if you qualify for statin therapy. An asa a day also may help, but i dont know too many 34 Y.O. Males on asa therapy for arteriosclerosis. Go see your doc and he can test you. Diet & exercise is the key.
