No worry: The interaction between Clozapine and Hyoscyamine is merely an enhancement of the anticholinergic side effects. That is not an absolute contraindication for using the two together. I suspect most ibs meds will have anticholinergic properties. I suspect your doctor will allow you to take both. Just watch for more dry mouth, blurry vision or constipation (which is sometimes wanted with ibs).
