Yes it will: Buscopan has the active ingredient hyoscine which is anticholinergic. That means that the drug works against acetylcholine which is an important neurotransmitter for bowel and urinary motility, vision, and memory. Hence, there is an increased risk of anticholinergic side-effects, eg constipation, urinary retention, blurred vision, and confusion when taking the two together. I hope this helps.
