Not as an adult : Rickets by definition is a disease of growing bones. It can be accompanied by a condition known as osteomalacia which is a failure to normally mineralize bone. If you have bone deformity as an adult from rickets as a child it is unlikely that it will ever fully correct. However, you can still improve your bone health by treating the osteomalacia. This may require calcium, phosphorus, and or vitamin d depending on the cause of the rickets.

No: Richets is a disease of young growing infants & children, caused by a nutritional deficiency of calcium and vitamin d with mineral disturbances leading to a failure of calcification of osteoid and cartilage of the bones. Inherited forms of the rickets should be excluded. At your age the bone formation has completed. Consult your pcp for vit d/calcium/phosphorus supplementation.
