This is chronic: There are ways to break and reheal your legs but i think this unfortunately is due to the rickets you had as a child.

Only treatment is...: Surgery. If you have a true deformity from your rickets, your bones have acquired a fixed deformity. If you are interested in having this corrected, contact an orthopaedic trauma surgeon or one who specializes in deformity correction. The surgery would involve performing an osteotomy (cutting the bone) of your tibia/fibula and possibly your femur, depending on the apices of the deformity.
