Leg pain: Depends on her age. Hopefully it's nothing but u want to make sure it is not an autoimmune disease or a sarcoma.

Muscle pain: She may have flat feet, in which case it can give referred pain to her legs. Have her evaluated by an orthopod or podiatrist. She may need orthotics.
