Carefully!!: Usually when we see this, the causative agent is staph. When you "pinch" these lesions, often they will worsen because the infection is driven deeper into the tissues. Use a sterilized needle to just "unroof" the boil and use hot soaks to keep it draining. An over the counter staph soap such as Hibiclens should be used every day on the lesion and the involved extremity. See your doctor!

Boils: How old is your baby? You can clean it with alcohol, dry it up & apply antibiotic ointment on it. But if is realy that bad you should have her checked by her pediatrician. Good luck
