See your medical doc: You most probably have pregnancy gingivitis ( inflamed gums due to your pregnancy) along with a flu. See your medical doctor right away to treat the flu. As far as the gums, once you feel better and your fever is down, see your dentist for a cleaning. (if your gums still hurt).

Pregancy gingivitis: Your condition of pregnancy depletes your body somewhat of hormones and calcium that keeps the fetus healthy. Brush with a soft toothbrush and rinse with warm water and a little epsom salt or regular salt. Seek help from your baby doctor.

See below: Yout probably have pregnancy gingivitis along with a flu. See your medical doctor right away to treat the flu.Try a mix of 1/4 clove oil, 1/4 oregano oil and 1/2 olive oil. Apply this mixture to your gums and the swelling (if any ) and pain should decrease. You should also see ytour dentist for a cleaning but i would continue with the rinse.
