Many thing going on: There are many things going on that may not be related. See a doctor and find out what is going on. If you think you may be pregnant, do a test.

Pregnant: I think it is just a virus however everyone is different so take a home pregnancy test now and one again in a week. They are reliable. If positive see your obgyn. If not positive and you feel better most likely a virus.
