Middle ear Fluid?: If your ear canal is clear, it can be due to the area behind your ear drum. Most commonly, it is due to the accumulation of fluid behind your ear drum. In other cases, hearing loss itself is confused for the sensation of ear pressure. You need an ENT consultation.
