No: This is a good blood pressure. It is not too low. I would only be concerned about it being too low if you were having symptoms such as fainting or dizziness.

Seems low.......: But, it might be that this is your normal bp. Some folks just have low blood pressure. As long as you feel fine this pressure is ok. Might want to check it every day in the am for a few days to confirm your finding.
