Possible uti: The discomfort you have described sounds ie possible urine infection. However the discomfort on the left lower side in a young woman could also be related to your female genital organs- such as an ovarian cyst, infection in the pelvis, ovulation or even a twisting of the tube. If the pain is severe or associated w nausea/vomiting or fever hen you should proceed to er now- otherwise make appnt.
