Palpitation?: Often caused by chest wall muscle twitch or an extra beat or two from the heart. Unless this is associated with some other serious symptom it is benign.

Chest wall: Chest discomfort which occurs with extending the chest out or with burps could be of chest wall (Ribs/muscles) or of gastrointestinal origin.
Would recommend physician evaluation to help ensure not a worrisome cause.
