Syphillis : Rash not common ulcerated lesion called chancre not painful but will go away after 1-2 weeks does not mean infection gone. Needs antibiotic therapy.

It can.: An itchy rash can occur in syphilis, typically in its secondary form. It can be on the pal of the hands, and is contagious. Diagnosis and treatment is very important- this usually involves one intramuscular dose of benzathine penicillin.
